3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Portsmouth.

Abby and Sinéad had their first experience of Run Walk Local, and enjoyed a Sunday morning 5K. Abby ran her fastest 5K of 2023, even after a late night!
Tess and I walked a shortcut version of the 2K, with a sit down to cheer on the others.
