Frenford Food bank Fantastic Five on a Friday !!
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

There were Five of us goodgymers at the food bank this Friday , there was Linda , Kathryn , Jenny , James and myself . This wasn’t as busy as some sessions because we didn’t have to restock the shelves and we only packed under 40 orders. Linda and James helped the food bank manager to phone some of the folk that receive orders from the food bank . We tidied up and headed home , but we will be back in three weeks time.
