Finding Sunnyland
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Pitshanger junior parkrun in Ealing.

This morning was the first day of winter as far as Junior parkrun in London was concerned. Layers were applied, snoods were pulled down over heads and gloves were rummaged for and not found.
Everyone had cold hands, so we did what we could to warm them up. We rubbed our hands together, tried to find a sunny spot to stand in and clapped as hard as we could as the runners passed. A few of the 72 runners high fived us to feed us with their energy too 🖐️⚡
Respect to Steph who cycled to Pitshanger Park in shorts and t-shirt 🥶

Steph was hardcore in his summer gear! 😮
It was cold when not moving, but then cycled so warmed up plus nice hot drink and shower afterwards :-)
