GoodGymers helped out with a variety of tasks at Oxford City Farm. We did some gardening, welcomed people at the gate and counted them in and out, and helped at the pop-up cafe. It wouldn't be a proper GoodGym task without some scything, so Sam obliged! Towards the end of the session we all turned our attention to weeding (and getting stung by nettles) and pulling out the "fat hen". This is a plant that chickens love, and fattens them up, so we fed them all we could find, and fed the sheep some leftover alfalfa pellets. All animals were very appreciative!

Welcome Marti to GoodGym Oxford!
