Tonight, myself and Sammy were joined by two of Sammy's office friends for a brilliant night time run. We hit Southsea seafront, getting some solid evening miles in while enjoying the tunes, the coastal breeze and the great company.

After putting in the work on the seafront, we wrapped things up the best way possible, heading over to the Jolly Sailor for a little post-run social, trading our running shoes for some well-earned drinks and top-tier chat.

A great night had by all.
