4 GoodGymers made their way 2.5km to help the Wanstead House Community Asssociation in Redbridge.

The always friendly Ms A, who looks after our 'home' Wanstead Community House, asked if we would be so kind to help clear out weeds and things from the drain next to the building, since it was getting clogged up. Unfortunately the team of WCH is getting on a little and thus struggles with such tasks.
Naturally the GG crew was on the job, with spring chicken Linda taking the lead, ably assisted by John & James. Not put off by the smell from the drains, the area got cleared of unwelcome weeds & leaves, avoiding future trouble for now.
Job done, we went for a relaxed jog around the now well known scenery of Wanstead.
