The Day of the Daisy

Tuesday at lunchtime, Kash reaped the benefits of hybrid working and sneaked out for a lunch break at local community gardens: Dean Gardens in West Ealing. There was nothing to eat though - unless we consider that planting is now Kash's bread and butter! Today's session focused again on planting various species of grass and also daisies. Apart from meeting Auberon, Cultivate London's boss, Kash met a new volunteer Liz and Kasia ("another Kash"), an employee at Cultivate. Together they completed another round of planting and gathering mud on their shoes 😉
