On a sweltering day, Michael arrived ready to help Mrs. S. The tasks at hand were mowing the lawn, helping to place some new plants around the garden so that could be planted later on, help to prop up the climbing rose and finally get the Ivy that had already been removed from the fence into the green bins.

Michael had already been here before so had plenty to chat about, after moving around the lawn furniture it was time to start the lawn mower. After an hour the lawn was looking great, edging was finished and the furniture moved back. It was time for a nice coffee break and another chat in the garden, enjoying the sunshine.

We battled with the roses and did get a few scratches, then placed the new plants around where instructed whilst Mrs. S checked to see if she liked them. Finally it was time to clear up, it took three large green bags and some battling with green bins to get it all in. After a good two hours it was time to say farewell and go home for some lunch.
