5 GoodGymers made their way 5km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

This Monday we embarked on another group run. The messy people of St Hilda’s East Community Centre had one main cupboard for all their bits and bobs, and tidying it up was an offputtingly big task for just one person. They called in the Good Gym, and we made light work of emptying it, organising it and refilling it, making the place much nicer to use.
