20 runners shifted 61 wheelbarrows and ran 6k.

The first official Good Gym run of British Summertime saw us heading off on the well trodden path to Hollybush Estate. Wood you believe it, we were chipping away at another pile of mulch. Speedy work on the barrows saw the pile carted and spread in no time. 61 loads later, we were off for a well-paced 6km run down the canal in the spring sunset. This must have left us in a good mood because we kept breaking into spontaneous applause. Happy and clappy goodgymmers all round.

6 runners ran 4k and spilt down a pile of old pallets into kindling.

At the mention of axes, six of us quickly volunteered, and after a short 1k run up Mare street to Cordwainers, where we called Kate, we set to work. Each armed with an axe, crowbar or saw we transformed a pile of pallet pieces into kindling, before heading back on a 4k route, really pushing ourselves through london fields.
