4 GG members turned out on a very warm June evening. Dave kept everyone updated on the Leicester city game while the others set about finding litter . On previous visits to watermead country park Mel noted that it looked like some people had partied the night away and had dumped over 40 lager cans and wrappers. An ideal opportunity for a community mission to tidy the area . After a pleasant mile walk around the lake, 6 bin bags full of litter were collected . It was a 0-0 draw for Leicester city but a productive evening for GG.
