StephDucat straight into the table service at 1pm : the guests came rushing in to get their hot meals and drinks. Team rushed off their feet as many hungry guests.

Starters : Chicken Wings with fries or Smoked Salmon with tagliatelle Mains : Chicken or veggie sausages with mash, vegetables and salad Desserts : Cheesecake or Apple Strudel with ice cream

Beverages : Cold orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee or tea

Table service followed by takeaway service which included the meals mentioned before, but also a selection of freshly made sandwiches and bananas. We were not going bananas but handing them out!!!

Near the end of the service, the team gathered together to say a few words and a good bye to one of the volunteers Hannah as she is moving to Germany to stay with her boyfriend. Last shift for her and it was a Die Hard situation for all who know her : Bye hard at ESK. Angela did a small speech and thanked her for her hard work and volunteering at ESK. Ce n est qu un au revoir....see you soon and good luck in your new adventure.
