Darren and Nic (and Ollie) kicked off the new year by volunteering at Cardiff parkrun through Bute Park. Securing their place as GGC&Vs first good deeders of 2020
Hundreds of parkrunners were delighted to see their smiling faces as they marshalled the finish funnel and tokens
