Lovely sunny evening for a gardening task at Bedford Fields. I met our regular host, Beth, at the gardens after a gentle run from HEART in Headingley. We set to, pulling up sticky weed and bind weed to give the strawberries and other soft fruits a chance to grow unhindered. Shame that none else made it tonight as it was a great task with birdsong and bees aplenty.
