Beddy Bye.

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

A double bed in three parts, albeit the two sections of the frame had the potential to dissolve into multiple pieces if we shook it too much...

Thankfully building, dismantling and moving beds has (unexpectedly) become Anne's and my specialist subject recently round this part of London, and so with some helpful guidance from Mr L, and an obstacle free path from his living room to the front door, we got all the items (and some firewood) into the two lifts and raced each other to the ground floor.

With his bin store outside and to the right, and after a bit of foot in the door yoga to ensure we weren't locked out at any point, we successfully deposited all parts of his bed into the bin store as requested, and bid it farewell.
