On a sunny afternoon, I ran to the new food hub at Aston University to help sort out food packs. I arrived towards the end of the day but there was still plenty to do as there were loads of food items to be sorted into bags. So I got my trolley full of bags and got to work, filling the bags with items such as pasta, milk and tinned sweetcorn. The volunteers had clearly achieved a lot throughout the day and there were mountains of bags ready to be handed out at the end!

It was time to run back home and I saw a fly poster on the way which said "Please believe these days will pass", which put a smile on my face and reminded me that the current situation won't be forever. But its amazing all the good work us at GoodGym and others from other organisations have been doing in such a difficult situation.
