As easy as a run in the park

5 goodgymers met on a lovely bright morning in the beautiful Endcliffe park for a 5k run and social. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not keen on early weekend mornings. But there is something incredibly motivating about knowing you'll meet fellow runners and friends! it was a great event, as usual, very well organised by the Parkrun community of volunteers! Annie, Cat, Charly, Michelle and me then treated ourselves to breakfast at the popular park cafe. what s great way to start the day. Thank you guys for getting me out of bed!
