Continuing from "Running like a galiLindt horse" report....
11:25 I arrive at Sainsbury's on Wandsworth Road with a list that I got from Ms I earlier today.
11:40 I'm in Sainsbury's and the shop begins.
12:00 I got most of the shop, including soda bread, cheese, quiche and custard but out of evaporated milk.
12:10 I go to Tesco metro in Kennington and get the evaporated milk.
12:15 I deliver the food to a chirpy Ms I.
12:30 I arrive home with an hour to spare.
13:00 I call my Coach and we have a chat, she's doing well βΊοΈ
13:30 I participate in GoodGym Leeds Virtual Relay.
14:00 Cool down, shower, eat and write two run reports.
