Mission

All quiet on the bedroom front

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Mr E is a super-shielder who hasn't been able to leave the house since the pandemic appeared and is, understandably, super nervous about having people in his home. As such, we were briefed outside through a window and we were given extra (very fashionable I think you'll agree) PPE to wear. He then locked himself in the front room before we entered to keep himself safe.

Once inside, Mr E requested we didn't talk to each other so as to reduce the chance of any droplets - so we used all our charades skills to swap a double bed in one room with a single bed in another. Once all done, we were tasked with spraying any surface we had touched with anti-bacterial spray.

We left and signalled through to the window that we were done and everything has been sprayed down. He said he wouldn't actually leave the front room for two days as we'd been in, but hopefully when he emerges he'll be happy with the new set up!
