All Hail Parkrun
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Norwich.

It was a wee bit chilly volunteering at Parkrun this morning but the 4 of us braved the weather, wrapped up and cheered 400 runners including GoodGymers Bill, Robert, Cheska, Andy, Jess, Hollie (sorry if I've missed anyone!)
