Community mission

Adam 25, not Johnny 5

2 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning the forecast was looking pretty bad with heavy rain threatening to Short Circuit Adam's amazing 25th time volunteering at Woking Junior Parkrun.

Thankfully with a nice helping of Parkrun Power, the weather held off until after James and Adam had clapped and cheered and barcode scanned 105 determined children as they ran the 2km in our lovely park.

To celebrate Adam's terrific milestone, they headed off to Marcianos for a well deserved breakfast.

Junior Parkrun always needs lots of volunteers to be able to put on a safe and well organised event, so please consider joining us either occasionally or regularly. All roles are easy to learn and really make a difference.
