Ms. D loves her garden but is no longer able to tend it.... so thought we'd give her a hand.

We cleared all the weeds and cut back some rose bushes and then moved on to laying some chip wood.

We thought we were done but then Ms D said she also wanted some old shrubs gone. Sounds easy enough.

We started pulling then realised there was lining under the dirt. It not only kept weeds from growing but also had a strong hold on the roots of these plants.

We managed to pull them with some grunting and breaks in between. Needless to say we had a good Sunday morning working.

Ms S was very happy with what we accomplished and could not thank us enough.
