A weedy good time!

Here's what Miss D of SW2 had to say about the mission:

Ms D seemed very pleased with the work the runners did in her garden, clearing up all the weeds. She mentioned they were lovely and had done very good work.

Miss D’s garden has been slightly taken over by some pesky weedy and a lot of bindweed - it just needed a bit of a tidy up to look lovely again. So David and Ellie popped on their gloves and set to work!

First David rescued a little plant that Miss D wanted to put in a pot and then we worked our way round the flowerbeds. We pulled up weeds and carefully de-tangled the bindweed from everything it had got its hands on. We also carefully snipped the bindweed out of the rosebushes to reveal some lovely roses that were hidden away!

We then filled three big bags with all the weeds and swept up the garden so that it looks nice and tidy again - a great morning’s work!
