A Soup-erb job
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

Today I headed out to help Mr R with some shopping.
He has been ill recently which means he has had to stay indoors. Luckily he is now on the mend.
After a quick trip to the shops to pick up soup and bread I helped take it up to his kitchen and then wished him well.
It was a very warm task!!
