A pootle around parkrun
5 GoodGymers made their way 5.1km on a training session in Oxford.

On what felt like the first sunny morning in an AGE, 5 goodgymers headed to Horspath parkrun. We were joined by members of Oxfordshire County Council public health team and the CEO of OCVA. Mark had encouraged them to attend, for some it was their cery first parkrun experience! More parkrun adventures to come in the next few weeks!
