Another fun session tonight!

It was great to welcome Louise to the group as well as Emily, Anne and Paula (on her virtual beach)

Everyone set a PB for their plank then we all had a go at 'bird in the basket' which was all going well until my entire road got a power cut and the zoom session ended abruptly !
