A shift at City Harvest, mainly sorting, cleaning and crating or binning 2,160 yellow peppers (one pallet, 36 boxes, 60 peppers per box). I was so determined to nail the task I even stayed on an extra 45mins to see it finished.

A peck is apparently an imperial unit of dry volume, equivalent to 2 dry gallons or 16 dry pints.
