Before setting off on my walk, I called Ms S to get her shopping list - she helpfully described everything including quantities and pack sizes. Ms S is isolating with covid-19 symptoms so she also requested some paracetamol, clementines and pack of Yakult - those little bottles of science to help boost your gut bacteria . Fingers crossed it will help her to shift her symptoms quickly. After an enjoyable walk through the park I arrived at Sainsbury's and set about grabbing the items on her list which also included milk, veggies and fruit - very healthy indeed! With bags in hand I arrived at Ms S's home and popped them on her doorstep. She was very grateful for the help and was delighted that I managed to track down the Yakult. I bid her farewell and shared some get well wishes. Treating myself to a hot choc-to-go and strolling back through the park to home.
