Mission

A drop of good luck...

1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

After a beautiful autumnal jog, I arrived at Mr C's house ready to collect the list and cash - everything was super clear apart from 'red beans in red juice' which I thought could be kidney beans and luckily it was.

Mr C didn't think I'd be able to get everything at Sainsbury's but said Iceland would have anything they didn't. Got to Sainsbury's and I was in luck - everything on the list was in stock and all within budget.

Headed back to Mr C's feeling pretty lucky and gave him his shopping change.

But then, as I was leaving, I realised that it wasn't Lady Luck who was shining down on me, but some bird who was shi**ing down on me.

Ah well, back home to the washing machine.
