3 GoodGymers turned up today to help with regular event Cardiff Juniors parkrun.
All were out marshalling, and one GoodGymer even ended up being a bonus/unofficial tail walker for a couple fo late starters.
One of these late starters then had a tumble and ended up with scraped knees. GoodGym are always prepared though and helped the runner finish.

It is a 2k event for juniors only (4-14 year olds)
Weekly event held in Llandaff Fields just for kids. Aims to get children out exercising and socialising in a fun environment
