Flo and Lew were out volunteering at Cardiff Junior parkrun. It was a big turn out, perhaps because of the lovely weather. Flo was on the coveted 'Cow Bell' spot and Lew was also out on the course doing the very essential time keeping role. The 44 Juniors with a PB (Personal Best) time should be sure to thank him!
