Weeding the courtyard at Cycle Hub

Cycle Hub have a little courtyard at the back of their new workshop, which they would like to use to clean down bikes. Just one problem, it is completely overgrown! Nothing we can't tackle on a GoodGym group run...

For this session we will meet outside the Braywick Leisure Centre for a warm up and briefing. From there the walkers will take a 1.5km route, whilst runners will venture a little further, taking in part of the Greenway (head torches are a must!) and covering 2-3km. Nobody will run or walk by themselves and we will always have at least two people at the back to make sure no one is left behind.

At the workshop, which is in the old Advertiser offices on Bell Street, we'll show those weeds what GoodGymers are made of, and hopefully have time for a fun fitness session too. Don't forget your gardening gloves!There is lighting on site, but we will also need our torches.
