1st Porchester Scout Group

The Scout Hall used by the 1st Porchester group is starting to look very overgrown and wild, and the outdoor space has become almost unusable.

GoodGym Nottingham are going to be helping them get it under control and spruce it up over a couple of weeks on Wednesday 12th and Wednesday 19th August 2026 (6.30pm-7.30pm).

This will involve weeding, cutting back overgrown bushes and general tidying up the garden space. Please bring gardening gloves if you can, plus some secateurs if you have any. Spares will be available if you don't.

We will meet at the Scout Hut on Marshall Hill Drive at 6.30pm and finish at 7.30pm. There is parking at the scout hut/church and on the surrounding streets.

We're really excited to be teaming up with the Scouts for the first time and look forward to seeing many of you there - new volunteers always welcome!!!

If you have any questions, please comment below or email goodgymnottingham@gmail.com.
