This week I'll be leading a one hour run starting from The Priory Street Centre (GG meeting place)

We'll be aiming to run at a steady pace for the full one hour, at around 9 minutes per mile.

This is not a coached session, just a group social run where I'll be leading the route.

Post-run drink at Brigantes is encouraged!

We meet in the conference room of York CVS. The door to the conference rooms is around to the right of the main entrance and the Denham Room is the very first room on the right as you enter.

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
