Come and volunteer at the 50th Southall Parkrun - meet at 8.30am, Saturday 17 December. It's loads of fun and you'll help to make this a great event for the whole community and this is very much a community Parkrun. We'll also chat about GoodGym to let people know about the amazing work we all do!
You can see which roles still need filling here (click on the role you fancy to find out what's involved, but you can't sign up here). The key skills you'll need are cheering, clapping and giving encouragement!
If you would like to volunteer, email southall@parkrun.com to let them know you want to volunteer with the GoodGym crew on 17 December. Tell them your Parkrun ID, if you have one, and you'll also get a Parkrun volunteer credit! Then once they’ve confirmed, you can sign up back here on this page to log your Goodgym good deed.
