Charlton Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k event every Saturday morning in Charlton Park. Everyone is welcome to walk, jog, run or volunteer!

This is a particularly welcoming and friendly Parkrun with lots of GoodGymers around each week so you will be made very welcome.

There's plenty of options to choose from, including marshals, barcode scanners, finish tokens and tail walkers. Take a look at the roster to see what roles are available here: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/charlton/futureroster/

Don't forget to email charlton@parkrun.com to confirm which volunteering role you'd like to do.

Then come and enjoy a nice post-Parkrun coffee at Old Cottage Coffee Shop afterwards!
