So far we expect to be meeting at Ray Mill Island around 5.40am and to finish there by around 6.45am.We will be checking in the swimmers, collecting their shoes and car keys and seeing them off at the start. If people can stay longer there may also be an opportunity to help downstream until approximately 8.30am, when you can help hand out medals, reunite swimmers with their belongings, and even hose down people's feet
Sign up if you're keen so that we know how many people to expect and watch this space for updates. If you have to leave before 8.30am please pop a note in the comments to let us know.
There will be plenty of time to make it to Park Run afterwards!
