Our plan is to meet up outside Somewhere Green Café at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up in Bethnal Green Park by 8am.
Our session is as follows:
Short Loop Tempo Intervals
3 mins tempo pace running (70 - 80%) on approx 400m loop
1 minute full recovery walk or easy jog between each rep
7 reps in total (attempting to maintain an event pace throughout)
Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Somewhere Green Café for refreshments and delicious cakes!
