Southall parkrun started a couple of weeks ago and this week why not come along and run it with some friendly GoodGymers!
All the details are on the course page but if you're new to parkrun you'll need to register first.
The start is at 9am and you'll find me in my GoodGym t-shirt near the start just beforehand - come and say hello!
