On Monday lunchtime Nathan, Ellen and Darren headed to Barry for a Community Mission.

They helped CCAT (Care Communities Acting Together) with their annual Christmas party. They spent time with the residents from several Vale care homes and even met the Mayor..........and Santa! There was a lovely community spirit on display and the care workers and volunteers that made it possible are an inspiration.

Our 3 Goodgymers also proved how running had helped them be light on their feet by joining in the the Ceilidh dancing! ;o) It is traditional Gaelic dancing, no Wrap music!
