Friends of Mile End Park (FOMEP)
FOMEP acts as an independent, credible advisory and consultative group on all matters relating to the care and safe use of the park. They aim to promote awareness of the park and its facilities, and encourage and support their use. As well as assisting in the sustainable management and maintenance of the park.

Meet by the art pavilion in Mile End Park (ground level, by the entrance) for a clear spring evening of litter picking (and possible leafletting but TBC).

Litter pickers and rubbish bags will be provided (if you have your own litter pick and don't mind bringing it, that would be great!)

Start with greetings at 6.30pm, then a warm-up & stretch, and then a gentle 2.4km to the task at the Art Pavillion, via Victoria Park. No bag drop as we will go direct to the task.
