Unfortunately I'm going to cancel this in light of the latest Covid situation and restrictions, however, I encourage you to visit the River Roding for your fitness challenge if you live in the vicinity and can walk/run/cycle (sign up here: https://www.goodgym.org/happenings/river-roding-love-non-parkrun-parkini-is-back) or perhaps do some litter picking, self-logging it. I hope we can do this in person soon!
