GoodGym will be visiting Crow Nest Park to support Dewsbury Parkrun and raise the profile of GoodGym activities, particularly Coach and Mission runs in the area. Marshalling, handing out flyers or just chatting to the Parkrunners about GoodGym, there will be plenty to keep us busy.
