Supporting a Gradation and Medal Ceremony for a Couch to 5K Programme

GoodGym Member Marianne is a professional fitness trainer and run coach with a passion for supporting beginners into running and encouraging communities to come together to enjoy running and outdoor activities. She successfully secured funding from This Girl Can to run couch to 5K programme for 60 women in Liverpool for free and spaces were offered to our GoodGym members to get going on their running goals.
We are delighted to be able to support Marianne and all the fabulous new runners by helping out at their graduation and medal ceremony.
The women will be running a timed 5K along the waterfront and we will be marshalling, cheering and sharing the running love!

We've changed this session from a Community Mission into a group run. Unfortunately the website doesn't have a function where we can just alter this and keep you all signed up, so we have to do it the clumsy way!!
