We meet the need for emergency and affordable food, and tackle the causes of poverty, by harnessing the power of the community.

Community Mission Join us to help support Cambridge City Foodbank by delivering leaflet packs in the Romsey area of Cambridge.

📌 Join for the run and the task, or meet us directly at the task. At both meeting points you can't miss our red t-shirts!

  • For the run: Meet at Parkside Pools at 6:15pm. We will meet inside Parkside Pools where there are toilets and a bag drop. We'll warm up and then head out for a 1km jog/run, staying together as a group to head to the delivery area.

  • For the task: Meet outside Coop (Mill Road, CB1 3AN) at 6:30pm.

💛 If it is your first time coming to GoodGym you are very welcome here - our friendly GoodGymers will be waiting to say hi!

About GoodGym

We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every week to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across Cambridge.

The Run/Walk/Cycle

GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.

Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
