Richard, one of Barnet's Goodgymmers is going to the Sunny Hill parkrun and he wants you to join him!
Meet at the starting point at 8:50 for 9am start. Approximate w3w location: play.paid.boxing.
After the run we support Parkrun they needs volunteers to scan people's barcodes as well as giving people a chance to run 5km at 9am every Saturday for their health. Register for free on their website to track times and sign up as a volunteer steward.

Afterwards, there may be time for a quick social in the park cafe. Message in the comments if you're only stewarding, so you can arrange to meet up.
