Stewarding at the Spooky Welly Walk

Help make a volunteer team for this charity event, coming to Birmingham for the first time in 2019.

"This is the first year that we have run SWW here and we’re so excited to bring this Spooktacular event to Birmingham. There are over 15+ activities lining the route of this year’s walk and so we could not possibly run this event without you.

Stewards At certain points on the route we need stewards allocated to ensure that the walkers go in the correct direction. You will also be a point of reference for the walkers and might need to answer questions such as where the nearest toilets are and where to get food, so please familiarise yourself with these points. It will also be helpful to keep your surrounding area clean so please make sure you pick up litter bags from the reception area. "
