4 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

4 Goodgymers helped out at the Foodbank at St George's. Packing parcels, delivering packaging and unpacking shopping. Felix was helpful as always and Yvonne a great new addition to the Goodgym team!
