The nights are getting longer, temperatures are dropping and some of us are finding it a bit harder to motivate ourselves to put our trainers on. Why not sign up for this social 5km trail run in the daylight and start the week right? We'll go at a pace to suit the group, we'll have a chat while we run, and we'll all feel much better for it!
Meet in the small, free car park at the top end of Cannon Court Lane/junction with Malders Lane/bottom of Spencers Hill. If you need help finding the car park contact Amy on 07939 487106.
