10:00 - 10:45Following the announcement of the second lockdown restrictions in the UK, Goodgym Islington have decided to bring back our Weekend Morning Coffee Time sessions.
Every Saturday or Sunday, we will host a Zoom meet-up for all Goodgymmers to join. Some of us will try and do a #notparkrun or a training run beforehand. Others will dedicate their time to cooking up some amazing breakfasts. And many of us will roll out of bed and enjoy a cup of coffee with fellow GG friends. All in all, it is a great way to spend a weekend!
